Background[]

Born in Indiana and raised in Las Vegas, Drew graduated high school with aspirations of becoming a fully articulate film actor in Los Angeles. At age 19 at a company softball game, Drew got hit in the throat causing some vocal trauma, turning his chattering into stuttering. With this life-changing injury and passion for writing and performing stand up, he began bringing to life the social hardships of dealing with a speech impediment. Inspired by Louis C.K. and Bo Burnham, Drew is on a mission to make you laugh. [1]

Preliminary[]

Drew Lynch's Preliminary performance in Episode BC03 consisted of joking about how his stutter affected his working at a drive-thru and voicing a GPS System. Mike, Saf and Fresh gave him standing ovations. His performance was not strong enough for the judges to send him to the Judge Cuts, eliminating him from the competition instead of Preacher Lawson and Paul Zerdin.
